Introduction to Dance for Toddlers and Pre Schoolers

Our program for Toddlers and Pre Schoolers is a wonderful way of introducing our love of dance to babies, toddlers and young children. Our classes are fun and engaging and provide a safe environment for children to expolore their creativity and at the same time learn self-control, teamwork and listening skills.


Aimed at ages 2- 5 years, our tailored program will enhance your childs development through imagery, music, story-telling & play.


We offer free, no obligation trial classes and all new students receive a free pair of ballet shoes upon enrolemnt.


This program is designed with fun in mind but also provides a perfect pathway into our regular program should your child wish to continue on their dance journey.

MUMMY & ME


Ages:  2 - 3 years / Duration:  30 mins / Fees:  $145.00 p/term


Our popular mummy and me class requires a parent or guardian to actively participate with the children sharing the experience offering a great opportunity to get out of the house and interact with other new mums.

The class consists of a fun, friendly introduction to dance movements using props, engaging music and nursery rhymes, and is based on children’s natural movements of running, skipping, galloping, jumping and turning. Toddler aged children have an innate need to move and our program provides an outlet for this energy. The class also builds imaginative and creative responses and aids in the development of gross motor skills and coordination.

All Mummy & Me students have the opportunity to participate in our end of year demonstration held at our studios. Performing on stage can be overwhelming for some children, which is why we allow them to perform in a familiar and safe environment making it a fun and positive experience for everyone.




MOVE AND GROOVE JAZZ


Ages:  3 - 4 years / Duration:  30 mins / Fees:  $145.00 p/term


Our move and groove jazz class is designed to inspire movement, musicality and develop the basics of jazz technique including jumps, leaps and turns.

This class also builds the skill of memorisation of movement patterns.

All Moove & Groove students have the opportunity to participate in our end of year demonstration held at our studios. Performing on stage can be overwhelming for some children, which is why we allow them to perform in a familiar and safe environment making it a fun and positive experience for everyone.




TWINKLE TOES BALLET


Ages:  3 - 4 years / Duration:  30 mins / Fees:  $145.00 p/term


Ballet is a great activity for boys and girls alike, encouraging fitness, flexibility and fun whilst learning new skills and meeting new friends. It is also great for building self-confidence & discipline.

This class builds the necessary foundations of classical ballet in a fun and engaging manner utilising props.

All Twinkle Toes Ballet students have the opportunity to participate in our end of year demonstration held at our studios. Performing on stage can be overwhelming for some children, which is why we allow them to perform in a familiar and safe environment making it a fun and positive experience for everyone.




TINY TOTS BALLET/JAZZ


Ages:  3 - 5 years / Duration:  30 mins / Fees:  $145.00 p/term


Our Tiny Tots afternoon class is a combination of Ballet and Jazz geared towards 3-5 yr olds.

This class provides a fun and engaging introduction to the foundations of Classical and Jazz Technique and is the perfect preparation for our Royal Academy of Dance Classical as well as CSTD jazz syllabus classes offered from the age of 5 yrs onwards.
